Laser Northeast is filing with the Public Service Commission for status to allow it to use eminent domain to site a pipeline in Broome County and Central NY Oil and Gas Company is asking the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to grant a “Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity” for compressor stations and pipelines in Tioga County, NY and Bradford County, PA. The certificate allows the company to use eminent domain as needed.
